Mexican People Scorn Prez, Oaxaca Gov

A National Popular Court set up in Oaxaca, Mexico, to probe local human right violations, ruled against Governor Ulises Ruiz and President Felipe Calderon.

Intellectuals, activists and social leaders decided at a 48-hour meeting at El Zocalo to restrain both officials.

They were called "biased, useless and morally unfit to speak or act on behalf of Mexico," and face charges of different crimes at the People's Courts.
