Chavez: We don't want war
CARACAS, Venezuela
Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez says "we don't want war" but he says that's what Colombia is risking with its cross-border raid into Ecuador that killed a rebel commander. He's ordered tanks and thousands of troops to the border with Colombia. In response, Ecuador has ordered troops to the border with Colombia.
