Brazil Rejects US Report on Terrorism

The Brazilian government presented an official note on Saturday expressing its total disagreement with the US report on terrorism.

The text rejected the US document which contains names of people and institutions that are allegedly funding terrorism.

The Washington report says that those alleged collaborators of the terrorists are operating in the Triple Border between Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay.

The Brazilian official note firmly affirms that the South American country s authorities know nothing of any activity linked to terrorism in the region.

The White House text was widely discussed among the Brazilian, Argentinean, and Paraguayan delegations with the US during the 5th Meeting of the G3 plus 1 on security in the Triple Border, held December 5-4, in Buenos Aires.
